§ 135‑47.2.  Childhealth insurance fund.

There is established a ChildHealth Insurance Fund. All premium receipts or any other receipts, includingearnings on investments, occurring or arising in connection with acute medicalcare benefits provided under the Program shall be deposited into the ChildHealth Insurance Fund. Disbursements from the Child Health Insurance Fund shallinclude any and all amounts required to pay the benefits and administrativecosts of the Health Insurance Program for Children.  (2008‑107, s.10.13(c).)
