§ 135-47.3. Data reporting. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 135‑47.3.  Datareporting.

The Executive Administratorand Board of Trustees of the State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employeesshall provide to the Department:

(1)        Data as necessaryand in sufficient detail to meet federal reporting requirements under TitleXXI; and

(2)        Data showing cost‑sharingpaid by Program enrollees to assist the Department in monitoring and ensuringthat enrollees do not exceed the Program's cost of sharing limitations.

(3)        Data as necessaryand in sufficient detail to meet the data collections and reportingrequirements pursuant to G.S. 108A‑70.27.  (2008‑107, s.10.13(c).)
