§136‑125.2. Report.
The Department ofTransportation shall report no later than October 1 of each year to the JointLegislative Transportation Oversight Committee and the Environmental ReviewCommission regarding the allocation of funds from the Litter PreventionAccount. The report shall include all receipts to and allocations from theAccount made during the previous fiscal year and shall explain how eachallocation serves to reduce litter in the State.
