§136‑134.2.  Notification requirements.

When the Department ofTransportation notifies a permit applicant, permit holder, or the owner of anoutdoor advertising structure that the application is denied, the permitrevoked, or the structure is in violation of this Article or rules issuedpursuant to this Article, it shall do so in writing by certified mail, returnreceipt requested, and shall include a copy of this Article and all rulesissued pursuant to this Article.

If the Department ofTransportation fails to include a copy of this Article and the rules, the timeperiod during which the permit applicant, permit holder, or owner of theoutdoor advertising structure has to request a review hearing shall be tolleduntil the Department of Transportation provides the required materials.
