§ 136‑136.  Zoningchanges.

All zoning authorities shallgive written notice to the Department of Transportation of the establishment orrevision of any commercial and industrial zones within 660 feet of the right‑of‑wayof interstate or primary highway systems. Notice shall be by registered mailsent to the offices of the Department of Transportation in Raleigh, NorthCarolina, within 15 days after the effective date of the zoning change orestablishment.
