§ 136‑16.  Funds andproperty converted to State Highway Fund.

Except as otherwise provided,all funds and property collected by the Department of Transportation, includingthe proceeds from the sale of real property originally purchased with fundsfrom the State Highway Fund, shall be paid or converted into the State HighwayFund.
