§136‑66.6.  Arrangements in a consolidated city‑county.

The provisions of this Articleapplying to municipalities apply to each consolidated city‑county withrespect to each urban service district defined by its governing board thatincludes the total area of a previously existing municipality in the samemanner as if the urban service district were a municipality. The provisions ofthis Article do not apply to any consolidated city‑county with respect toan urban service district defined by its governing board within previouslyunincorporated areas of the county unless the governing board determines thatstreet services are to be provided within such urban service district.
