§136‑71.  Church roads and easements of public utility lines laid out onpetition; procedure.

Necessary roads or easementsand right‑of‑ways for electric light lines, power lines, waterlines, sewage lines, and telephone lines leading to any church or other placeof public worship may be established in the same manner as set forth in thepreceding sections of this Article upon petition of the duly constitutedofficials of such church.
