§ 136‑89.192.  Equitydistribution formula.

Only those funds applied to aTurnpike Project from the State Highway Fund, State Highway Trust Fund, orfederal‑aid funds that might otherwise be used for other roadway projectswithin the State, and are otherwise already subject to the distribution formulaunder G.S. 136‑17.2A, shall be included in the distribution formula.

Other revenue from the sale ofthe Authority's bonds or notes, project loans, or toll collections shall not beincluded in the distribution formula. (2002‑133, s. 1.)
