§139‑10.  Enforcement of land‑use regulations.

The supervisors shall haveauthority to go upon any lands within the district to determine whether land‑useregulations adopted under the provisions of G.S. 139‑9 are beingobserved. The supervisors are further authorized to provide by ordinance thatany land occupier who shall sustain damages from any violation of suchregulations by any other land occupier may recover damages at law from suchother land occupier for such violation.
