§ 141-3. Appointment of arbitrators.
§141‑3. Appointment of arbitrators.
If any disagreement shallarise between the commissioners, the Governor of this State is herebyauthorized to appoint arbitrators to act with similar officers to be appointedby the other states in the settlement of the exact boundary.
