§ 142‑15.3.  Capitalappreciation bonds.

(a)        Cross‑Reference.– The provisions of G.S. 159‑99 govern capital appreciation bonds.

(b)        Authorization. –The State is authorized to issue capital appreciation bonds pursuant to theprovisions of The State and Local Government Revenue Bond Act. The State isauthorized to issue capital appreciation bonds pursuant to the provisions ofapplicable law and pursuant to the provisions of any law enacted in the future.(1987‑650,ss. 2, 4 and 5; 2004‑170, s. 41(a), (b).)
