§142‑3.  Record of bonds kept by State Treasurer.

The State Treasurer shallenter in a book to be kept for that purpose a memorandum of every bond orcertificate of debt of the State, issued or to be issued under any actwhatever, together with the numbers, dates of issue, when and where payable, atwhat premium, and to whom the same may have been sold or issued.
