Persons Admitted to Department of Health and HumanServices Institutions to Pay Costs.

§ 143‑117.  Institutions included.

All persons admitted to the following institutions operated by theDepartment of Health and Human Services are required to pay the actual cost oftheir care, treatment, training and maintenance at these institutions: regionalpsychiatric hospitals, special care centers, regional mental retardationcenters, schools for emotionally disturbed children, and alcohol and drug abusetreatment centers.
