§ 143‑129.4.  Guaranteed energy savingscontracts.

The solicitation and evaluation of proposals for guaranteed energysavings contracts, as defined in Part 2 of Article 3B of this Chapter, and theletting of contracts for these proposals are not governed by this Article butinstead are governed by the provisions of that Part; except that guaranteedenergy savings contracts are subject to the requirements of G.S. 143‑128.2and G.S. 143‑135.3.
