§ 143‑135.2. Contracts for restoration of historic buildings with private donations.

This Article shall not apply to building contracts let by a Stateagency for restoration of a historic building or structure where the funds forthe restoration of such building or structure are provided entirely by fundsdonated from private sources. (1955, c. 27; 1967, c. 860.)
