§ 143‑143.  Effecton certain existing laws.

Nothing in this Article shall be construed as abrogating or otherwiseaffecting the power of any State department or agency to promulgateregulations, make inspections, or approve plans in accordance with any otherapplicable provisions of law not in conflict with the provisions herein.
