§ 143‑143.15.  Set‑uprequirements.

(a)        Manufactured homesshall be set up in accordance with the standards adopted by the Commissioner.

(b)        If a manufacturedhome is insured against damage caused by windstorm and subsequently sustainswindstorm damage that indicates the manufactured home was not set up in themanner required by this section, the insurer issuing the insurance policy onthe manufactured home shall not be relieved from meeting the obligationsspecified in the insurance policy with respect to such damage on the basis thatthe manufactured home was not properly set up.
