§ 143‑143.21B. Dealercancellation; deposit refund.
A dealer shall refund to abuyer the full amount of a deposit on the purchase of a manufactured home ifthe buyer has fulfilled his obligations under the purchase agreement and thedealer cancels the purchase at any time. (1998‑211, s. 37; 2005‑451, s. 1.)
