§ 143‑143.24.  Engagingin business without license a Class 1 misdemeanor.

If any person shall unlawfullyact as a manufactured home manufacturer, dealer, salesperson, or set‑upcontractor without first obtaining a license from the Board, as provided in thisPart, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
