§ 143‑143.25.  Staffsupport for Board.

The Manufactured BuildingDivision of the Department shall provide clerical and other staff servicesrequired by the Board; and shall administer and enforce all provisions of thisPart and all rules adopted under this Part, subject to the direction of theBoard; except for powers and duties delegated by this Part to local units ofgovernment, other State agencies, or to any persons.
