§ 143‑151.52.  (Repealedeffective October 1, 2013) Requirements to be licensed as an associate homeinspector.

To be licensed as an associatehome inspector, a person must do all of the following:

(1)        Submit a completedapplication to the Board upon a form provided by the Board.

(2)        Pass a licensingexamination prescribed by the Board.

(3)        Pay the applicablefees.

(4)        Have a high schooldiploma or its equivalent.

(5)        Be employed by oraffiliated with or intend to be employed by or affiliated with a licensed homeinspector and submit a sworn statement by that licensed home inspectorcertifying that the licensed home inspector will actively supervise and trainthe applicant.  (1993(Reg.
