§ 143‑159. Governor given authority to direct investigation.

The Governor is hereby authorized and empowered to call upon and directthe Attorney General to investigate the management of or condition within anydepartment, agency, bureau, division or institution of the State, or any othermatters pertaining to the administration of the Executive Department, when theGovernor shall determine that such an investigation shall be necessary. (1927, c. 234, s. 1.)
