§ 143‑177.1.  NorthCarolina Zoological Park Fund.

All gifts made to the North Carolina Zoological Park for the purposesof this Article shall be exempt from every form of taxation including, but notby the way of limitation, ad valorem, intangible, gift, inheritance and incometaxation. Proceeds from the sale of any property acquired under the provisionsof this Article shall be deposited in the North Carolina State treasury andshall be credited to the North Carolina Zoological Park.
