§ 143‑215.70.  Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources authorized to accept applications.

The Secretary is authorized to accept applications for grants fornonfederal costs relating to water resources development projects from units oflocal government sponsoring such projects, except that this shall not includesmall watershed projects reviewed by the State Soil and Water ConservationCommission pursuant to G.S. 139‑55.
