§ 143‑215.81. Authority supplemental.

The authority and powers granted under this Article shall be inaddition to, and not in derogation of, any authority or powers vested in theCommission under any other provision of law, except to the extent that such otherpowers or authority may conflict directly with the powers and authority grantedunder this Article.
