§ 143‑215.82. Local ordinances.

Nothing in the Article shall be construed to deny any county,municipality, sanitary district, metropolitan sewerage district or otherauthorized local governmental entity, by ordinance, regulation or law, fromexercising police powers with reference to the prevention and control of oil orother hazardous substances discharges to sewers or disposal systems.
