§ 143‑253. Jurisdictional questions.

In the event of any questions arising between the Department ofEnvironment and Natural Resources and the North Carolina Wildlife ResourcesCommission as to any duty or responsibility or authority imposed upon either ofsaid bodies by law, or in case of any conflicting rules or administrativepractices adopted by said bodies, such questions or matters shall be determinedby the Governor and his determination shall be binding on each of said bodies.
