Commission to Study the Care of the Aged andHandicapped.

§ 143‑279.  Establishment and designation ofCommission.

A Commission is hereby established for the study of the problemsrelating to the care of the aged with especial reference to those failingmentally and the intellectually or physically handicapped of all ages and thisCommission shall be known as "the Commission for the Study of Problems ofthe Care of the Aged and Intellectually or Physically Handicapped."
