§ 143‑294.  Appealto Court of Appeals to act as supersedeas.

The appeal from the decision of the Industrial Commission to the Courtof Appeals shall act as a supersedeas, and the State department, institution oragency shall not be required to make payment of any judgment until thequestions at issue therein shall have been finally determined as provided inthis Article.
