§ 143‑303. Agreements of employees with heads of departments, etc.

Any of the employees of the State of North Carolina may voluntarilyenter into written agreement with heads of the department or institution oragency where employed, which has adopted the payroll savings plan, to authorizedeductions from his or her salary of certain designated sums to be invested inUnited States savings bonds of the kind and type specified in such agreement.
