§ 143-344. Transfer of functions, property, records, etc.

§ 143‑344.  Transfer offunctions, property, records, etc.

(a)        Repealed by SessionLaws 1979, 2nd Session, c. 1137, s. 39.

(b)        All of the powers,duties, functions, records, property, supplies, equipment, personnel, funds,credits, appropriations, quarterly allotments, and executory contracts of theDivision of Purchase and Contract are hereby transferred to the Department ofAdministration, effective July 1, 1957. All statutory references to the"Division of Purchase and Contract" or the "Purchase and ContractDivision" shall be deemed to refer to the Department of Administration.

(c)        The transfersdirected by subsections (a) and (b) above, shall be made under the supervisionof the Governor, and he shall be the final arbiter of all differences ordisputes arising incident to such transfers.

(d)        Repealed by SessionLaws 2006‑203, s. 98, effective July 1, 2007, and applicable to thebudget for the 2007‑2009 biennium and each subsequent bienniumthereafter. (1957,c. 269, s. 1; 1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1137, s. 39; 2006‑203, s. 98.)
