§ 143‑345.  Savingclause.

No transfer of functions to the Department of Administration providedfor in this Article shall affect any action, suit, proceeding, prosecution,contract, lease, or other business transaction involving such a function whichwas initiated, undertaken, or entered into prior to or pending the time of thetransfer, except that the Department shall be substituted for the agency fromwhich the function was transferred, and so far as practicable the procedureprovided for in this Article shall be employed in completing or disposing ofthe matter.
