§ 143‑450. Employees of pesticide dealers; dealer's responsibility.

(a)        Every licensed pesticide dealer shall submit to the Board,at such times as the Board or the Commissioner may prescribe, the names of allpersons employed by him who sell or recommend "restricted usepesticides."

(b)        Each pesticide dealer shall be responsible for the actionsof every person who acts as his employee or agent in the solicitation or saleof pesticides, and in all claims and recommendations for use or application ofpesticides. (1971, c. 832, s.1; 1979, c. 448, s. 7; 1987, c. 559, s. 2.)
