§ 143‑560.  Confidentiality exemption.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any law of this State makingconfidential the contents of any records or prohibiting the release ordisclosure of any information, all information exchange among the employingentities defined under this Article necessary to accomplish and effectuate theintent of this Article is lawful.
