§ 143-562. Applicability of a statute of limitations.

§ 143‑562. Applicability of a statute of limitations.

Payments on obligations to the State collected under the proceduresestablished by this Article shall not be construed to revive obligations or anypart thereof already barred by an applicable statute of limitations.Furthermore, payments made as a result of collection procedures established bythe terms of this Article shall not be construed to extend an applicablestatute of limitations.
