§ 143‑589.  Legislative and judicial branchsafety and health programs.

The Legislative Services Commission and the Administrative Office ofthe Courts are authorized to separately establish safety and health programsfor their employees. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992),c. 994, s. 3; 2001‑424, s. 22.6(c).)
