§ 143‑64.04. Powers of the Secretary to delegate authority.

(a)        The Secretary of Administration may delegate to anyemployees of the State agency for surplus property such power and authority ashe or they deem reasonable and proper for the effective administration of Part1 of this Article. The Secretary of Administration may, in his discretion, bondany person in the employ of the State agency for surplus property, handlingmoneys, signing checks, or receiving or distributing property from the United Statesunder authority of Part 1 of this Article.

(b)        The Secretary of Administration may adopt rules necessary tocarry out Part 1 of this Article. (1991, c. 358, s. 2.)
