§143A‑18.  Additional funds for reorganization.

When adequate funds toimplement reorganization are not available from the budgets of the transferredagencies, the Governor and the Council of State may make other funds availablefor these purposes, not to exceed a total of five hundred thousand dollars($500,000) per year for all departments created by this Chapter.
