§ 143B‑114.  JohnMotley Morehead Memorial Commission – reports.

The John Motley Morehead Commission shall submit to the Secretary ofCultural Resources an annual report of its activities, holdings, and finances,including an audit of its accounts by a certified public accountant. In theevent such annual report is not received by the Secretary, or if the reportindicates that there is no further need for the Commission, the Secretary ofCultural Resources is authorized to recommend to the next General Assembly theabolition of the Commission.
