§ 143B‑139.2.  Secretaryof Health and Human Services requests for grants‑in‑aid from non‑Stateagencies.

It is the intent of thisGeneral Assembly that non‑State health and human services agencies submittheir appropriation requests for grants‑in‑aid through theSecretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for recommendations tothe Governor and the General Assembly, and that agencies receiving thesegrants, at the request of the Secretary of the Department of Health and HumanServices, provide a postaudit of their operations that has been done by acertified public accountant.
