§ 143B‑139.5. Department of Health and Human Services; adult care State/county share ofcosts.

State funds available to the Department of Health and Human Servicesshall pay fifty percent (50%), and the counties shall pay fifty percent (50%)of the authorized rates for care in adult care homes including area mentalhealth agency‑operated or contracted‑group homes.
