§ 143B‑161.  Professional Advisory Committee –creation, powers and duties.

There is hereby created the Professional Advisory Committee of theDepartment of Health and Human Services. The Professional Advisory Committeeshall advise the Commission for the Blind on matters concerning or pertainingto the procurement, utilization, and rendering of professional services to thebeneficiaries of the Commission's aid and services.
