§ 143B‑164.10.  Incorporation, name andmanagement.

The institution for the education of the blind, located in the City ofRaleigh, shall be a corporation under the name and style of the GovernorMorehead School, and shall be under the management of the Department of Healthand Human Services and the director of the school.
