§ 143B‑179.6. Interagency Coordinating Council for Children with Disabilities from Birth toFive Years of Age; agency cooperation.

All appropriate agencies,including the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department ofPublic Instruction, and other public and private service providers shallcooperate with the Council in carrying out its mandate.
