§ 143B‑261.1. Department of Correction – rules and regulations.

The Department of Correction shall adopt rules and regulations relatedto the conduct, supervision, rights and privileges of persons in its custody orunder its supervision. Such rules and regulations shall be filed with andpublished by the office of the Attorney General and shall be made available bythe Department for public inspection. The rules and regulations shall include adescription of the organization of the Department. A description or copy of allforms and instructions used by the Department, except those relating solely tomatters of internal management, shall also be filed with the office of theAttorney General.
