§ 143B‑271.  Powersand duties of the Council.

The Substance Abuse Advisory Council shall advise the Secretary of theDepartment of Correction on the administration of the Substance Abuse Program. The Council shall also give advice as to any rules and regulations to beadopted and on any other matters pertaining to the Substance Abuse Program.
