§ 143B-279.14. Express Review Fund. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 143B‑279.14.  Express Review Fund.

The Express Review Fund is created as a special nonreverting fund. Allfees collected under G.S. 143B‑279.13 shall be credited to the ExpressReview Fund. The Express Review Fund shall be used for the costs of implementingthe express review program under G.S. 143B‑279.13 and the costs ofadministering the program, including the salaries and support of the program'sstaff. If the express review program is abolished, the funds in the ExpressReview Fund shall be credited to the General Fund. (2005‑276, s. 12.2(a).)
