§ 143B‑297.1.  Soiland Water Conservation Account.

The Soil and Water Conservation Account is established as anonreverting account within the Department of Environment and NaturalResources. The Account consists of revenue credited to the Account from thesale of soil and water conservation special license plates. The Commissionshall use the revenue from the account to fund environmental education andwater quality education in North Carolina. (1997‑477, s. 5; 1997‑443, s. 11A.123.)
