§ 143B‑368. Functions of the Department.

(a)        The functions of the Department of Administration shallcomprise, except as otherwise expressly provided by the Executive OrganizationAct of 1973 or by the Constitution of North Carolina, all functions of the executivebranch of the State in relation to interdepartmental administration previouslydelineated and further including those prescribed powers, duties, functions,and responsibilities enumerated in Article 10 of Chapter 143A of the GeneralStatutes of North Carolina.
